Common questions and answers:

DISCLAIMER:  Potion bottles are only intended for decoration or costume use. They are not to be consumed or ingested in anyway. Though names/themes can mimic real-life or historical objects, they do not apply to these decorative potion bottles! They do not contain any real-life medicinal ingredients.

Example: A potion named ‘Belladonna’ does not contain real belladonna. A potion labeled ‘Poison’ is not real poison.

All décor is based in fantasy and whimsy and are not intended for any other use.

I do not allow continuous cancellations and returns. I reserve the right to deny returns, cancellations or current orders to repeat offenders. ANY use of AI (Artificial Intelligence or photo manipulation software) to alter/change/fake any return photos will result in an automatic denial, and you will forfeit your refund claim.

Age recommendation?

-Since ALL our bottles are glass bottles, they are not designed for children or anyone under the age of 18. However, I do my best to secure lids/corks so they cannot be opened.

PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO OPEN BOTTLES.

Small decorations in and out of bottles can be hazardous to children.

Additionally, some bottle themes may not be suitable for all audiences.

Can our potions be ingested?

-NO! NO! NO! I cannot express enough that the potion bottles are for decorative purposes only! While most of the ingredients are non-toxic, some of additives can be toxic if consumed. Again, these are for decoration and are not meant to be consumed or ingested in any way!

How long will it take my order to ship?

-Since I am a single person operation, order processing is 5-8 business days. 4 -Day Express Service can be added to you order on the shopping page, if it is available at the time of purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Depending on your shipping method of choice, depends on how long it will take to get to you once your package has shipped. I do my best to get your orders out as quickly as possible, depending on the number of orders, they may ship sooner rather than later! In cases of extreme weather, orders may be delayed.

Do you ship internationally?

-No, at this time shipping is restricted to the U.S. This may change in the future as we grow and expand.

How are they packaged?

-Each bottle is wrapped in bubble wrap and packing paper, with biodegradable packing material.

WEATHER CONDITIONS WARNING: In freezing or hot temperatures, potions left in mailboxes or outside can and will most likely, break. All liquids can expand and break the glass. Please bring packages inside as soon as possible.

Do you offer returns?

-I accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are damaged or defective.

In the case of damaged pieces, a return label will be issued. All items must be returned for a full refund.

I do not accept general returns.

Each bottle is a handcrafted piece of artwork and leaves my studio with care. To protect the quality and integrity of my work, all sales are final and returns are not accepted unless certain conditions, like damage are met. I do my best to provide detailed listings and photos for reference, so you know exactly what it is you will be receiving. However, please contact me with any issues you may have.

Are there any special care instructions?
-Yes! But its super easy. Direct sunlight can damage potions! A sun lit room is okay, but anywhere near a window probably, is not. Extreme hot or cold can damage the wax seal/glue or even cause the glass to break, so bottles are best stored in a cool dry place indoors.
Glow in the dark and light up potions will need to be periodically charged in the sunlight in order to light up.

Have a Leaky bottle?

-On RARE occasion, bottles can slightly leak due to the pressure fluctuations in transit. If this should occur, I ask that you let them dry, positioned upright for a few days. More often than not, the bottles reseal themselves, then you can use them with no leaks. If, after they dry, they still leak or are damaged, I will refund you or send you a new one if inventory is available.

Do you do custom orders?

-No, I do not take custom orders.
